Welcome to Sarvam Business. By registering for our services or making any payments, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1) Membership Validity: Membership is valid for a period of 5 years from the date of activation.
2) Service Rates: Service rates are subject to change based on current market conditions without prior notice.
3) Family Membership: Membership is only valid for the registered family members. It cannot be transferred or shared outside the family.
4) Activation Period: Membership activation can take up to 7 working days after successful registration and payment.
5) Membership Points: Membership points are valid only for three specific services as defined by Sarvam Business.
6) Referral Points: Referral points are awarded only once per referral. Multiple referrals of the same person will not be counted.
7) Legal Jurisdiction: In case of any dispute or complaint, jurisdiction will be limited to Pune court only. No complaints will be entertained from other states or districts.
8) Offers & Promotions: All offers are subject to change or termination without prior notice. No offer is permanent unless specified.
9) GST Charges: Applicable GST will be charged as per the government norms depending on the services availed.
