1. Cancellation Policy

Once a membership or service has been purchased and processed, it cannot be cancelled under normal circumstances.
In case of accidental or duplicate transactions, users must report the issue within 24 hours of the transaction.
Cancellation requests must be sent via email to support@sarvambusiness.com with complete transaction details.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be provided in the case of duplicate or failed transactions.
No refund will be issued once the membership or service has been activated and availed.
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

3. No Refund for Change of Mind

Please note that we do not provide refunds if you change your mind or decide not to use the service after purchase.
